Working Principle of Strawberry Jam Pulping Machine
Feeding: Freshly washed strawberries are placed in the feeding hopper;
Crushing: Rotating blades or a spiral mechanism within the machine perform the initial crushing of the strawberries;
Pulping and Screening: The material is pushed onto the screen. Through high-speed rotation and friction, the pulp slurry is discharged through the mesh, while the seeds, peels, etc. are separated and discharged;
Discharging: The slurry flows out of the slurry outlet and enters the next process (such as concentration, blending, or sterilization)
