Working Principle of Peanut Butter Grinding Machine
It uses a combination of shearing, grinding, high-speed stirring, and friction to pulverize materials into extremely fine particles or slurries.
A colloid mill primarily consists of a stator and a rotor. The rotor rotates at high speed, driven by a high-speed motor, while the stator remains stationary. After the material enters the grinding chamber through the feed inlet, high-frequency, high-intensity shear forces, friction, and high-speed eddy currents are generated between the stator and rotor.
